I recently bought the remote start, push button start kit for my 2015 Ram. Installation wasn’t terribly hard and when I did have questions they were easily answered by calling the phone number provided. I would add that mounting the front antenna behind the radio bezel or close to the push button Ignition, up under the kick panel, works best for connection with the proximity key fob. I had it mounted low and sometimes my push button start couldn’t read the signal. Would definitely do business with this company again.

I had been having trouble with the win module in my truck for months. I called the dealer for a quote and they wanted close to $1000 for parts and labor. ATE is the real deal! Initially I spoke with a woman on the phone. She emailed me better trouble shooting procedures then could be found anywhere online. The owner is very helpful too. I odered 2 FOBs, a RF module and ignition. Installed it and had my RAM running the very next day! The Ram dealer suggested going this route as they would have charged much more.

My Jeep was having problems with the ignition module. I ordered a new module with 2 FOBIKS and it was overnighted to me. Fixed my problem and saved $$$. Highly recommend Auto Tech Electronic!

I got the push button start for my 17 Ram 3500. It came quickly, and now that I have it working it is a great product. They use OEM parts and that gave me much confidence.
There was an issue with Drivers door proximity not working and it turned out to be the wiring harness,one wire was broken right where it goes into the main plug. The support was excellent and they sent me a new wiring harness and antenna's just to be thorough. I am extremely happy with this product as now I can leave the keys in my pocket like I do with my Lexus.
P.S: Even the keys are factory Ram and I had no issues getting the emergency keys cut, actually the first time I tried them in my door.
It would be nice if there was a better video of replacing the door handles, but not a show stopper.
