My 2011 Dodge Laramie would not shut down the electrical portion when I turned off and removed the key (fob). Eventually it would not start which meant a towing fee in addition to the repair. I researched it and found the Auto Tech video. I called and they talked me through the details to include obtaining my VIN to program the WIN and key. I called two dealerships and they "guaranteed" me that the WIN and key could not be programmed by using the VIN. Since the generation 3 could not be repaired I ordered a new WIN with two keys for my remote start. It was shipped overnight and I replaced it in my drive way in less than 15 minutes. I was anxious about this working since two dealers said it would not work.
It started and everything works perfectly. I am not mechanically inclined so am very pleased that I could do it myself and that I saved $700-800 to include towing.

My sons 2005 Chrysler 300 had occasional start up problems until the day when it just wouldn't crank any longer. I came across Walton ( Auto Tech Electronic) while searching the Internet in efforts to find a solution for the problem. The videos he has posted on YouTube provide some great insight on possible issues regarding no crank / no start conditions. For several weeks, I communicated with Walton regarding the cars problems, and he was pretty confident the problem was a defective Skreem module . He advised me to send a video of the dashboard display while placing the key in the "on" position. Walton responded with confidence that the problem was with the Skreem . A link was sent to my email address with the proper part needed to fix my problem. I ordered the recommended part and it was received three days later ( overnight shipping is available but I elected to use Priority Mail ). The installation was simple , following the step by step You Tube videos available on the Internet. Thirty minutes later, my sons car was back on the road running as it should. It should be noted that the Module purchased by Walton are truly "plug and play" as he guarantees, and he is the only available person / business on the Internet who sells these parts fully programmed for you vehicle fully programmed. He is truly an experienced technician who knows what he's doing. The service he provides to car owners can't be found anywhere. His service prevented me from having the vehicle towed to a dealership, and prevented me from the costs associated with a dealerships high labor and troubleshooting costs. Walton is the "Real Deal" . You won't be disappointed.

My truck would not start 100% of the time then when it did start it would die. Then when I did get it started one time it died driving down the road scared the crap out of me. So I got on the Internet watch their video my truck is a 2012 Dodge 2500 Diesel truck it was doing exactly what the truck in the video was doing so I called them ordered the part on a Monday received it on Friday installed it that evening could not be happier would recommend this shop to anyone even if you just are ordering a part. Great price also saved over $400 Doing it myself

I have a 2013 Ram 4500 Service Truck. The other day it failed to start. Inserting the key FOB the windows would work but the engine would not crank. I watched Auto Tech Electronic's YouTube video. I made a phone call and talked to Maria - she forwarded my question to Walton. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the no start, no crank condition and correctly identified the part needed. They shipped the part within a few days. Once I received and opened up the box I thought they sent me the wrong part. I called and talked to Walton and he straightened me out and sent another video that showed exactly where the part was located. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Auto Tech Electronic's patience and professionalism. Thank You.

These guys are great my $75,000 truck was dead in the water and I called their number Cindy answered the phone and handled everything my truck was running less than 24 hours later I could not be happier and more grateful for everything. This is a very professional company did everything they said they would and promptly.

I asked for a whole kit to replace my originally build in system, due to errors.
They analyzed the issue with me and said I would only need to replace one module, that they sold me. That did it. So at the end they saved me a lot of money and fixed my issue! Thanks a lot!! Great work! From now on: First place for me to ask when having issues wit that system.

2009 Dodge Ram 1500, ignition would click instead of start 40% of the time, key was wobbly in switch, ordered the replacement ignition switch & two keys on a Monday, received them on Fri. Installed on Sat. (about a 10 min job, even a novice can do it). Starts 1st time every time now. Great product, decent price point. 10/10 would do business with them again!

Wanted to say thank you to Walton for taking a ridicules amount of time with me on the phone.
I wanted to make sure I could make my 2010 Ram 2500 keyless entry when I ordered a new WIN Module. He spelled everything out for me so I knew it would work. The man seems so know his stuff.
I now have Keyless entry on my truck!

Like another reviewer, I do not typically write reviews. I feel compelled because Walton was extremely responsive via email and fixed my 1st generation WIN module on my Charger in about a day's time. He saved me a ton of money because the dealership wanted to simply replace the module for a cool $900!

Auto Tech Electronic also has very informative YouTube videos that helped me replace it myself and confirm the diagnosis. I would highly recommend Walton and Auto Tech Electronic!
