The owner is great He took his time to fix the lock from my car door because it wasn't straight and the key wouldn't fit in it. He saved me a lot of money by doing that. The owner is very courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend them if you ever need a key fob replacement.

My 2011 Ram 3500 was having issues... Was hard to start as the wireless key was "loose" once inserted into WIN. A few times... the engine just shut off after hitting a bump in the road. Engine Code U1421, Implausible Ignition Code. After several hours of research, I found this website which described my issues. Dealer ship wanted $1200 for WIN replacement and reprogramming and wanted the vehicle for two days. I called and talked to Victor, he answered all my questions. I order the part at 3pm. It delivered by 10AM the next morning. The install only took 10 minutes and worked PERFECTLY. And the best part... the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT turned itself off.

So I have an 2009 Chrysler 300, that needed the WIN (Wireless Ignition Node) module replaced and the dealership wanted to charge me alot for this simple/ yet costly repair. Anyhow, I started googling the part I needed and that’s when I came across Auto Tech Electronic. The info they have in their site is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. At first it seemed too good to be true. I’m in Austin, Tx. and their company is in a completely different city, a good ways away. So I made a call to them to verify this company was legit, and they were. That’s when I spoke to an employee named Victor, he was very helpful and patient with the whole process. He made sure everything went accordingly as if it was his personal purchase. He made sure that I had all the information that I needed to track my package and even made sure that I received it on time. Victor was very honest and helpful, and saved me money! When my part came, it was an easy fix. My Win module and both keys worked as he said they would. No problems what so ever. I wish life was that easy of a fix...lol.. So if you’re reading this, rest assured that you can trust and do business with them and they are an honest company.

I am 60yrs old and first time writing a phenomenal recommendation. I have a 2009 Ram 1500, ignition key would not stay in, door locks and auto start would not work and it has been over a year. Finally got a quote from dodge dealer and wanted $1425.00 ( $750 part, $250 install, two keys
$120 each , tax etc. I saw the You tube video of how to install , simple 2 screws for cover and 4 for ignition box and it was as easy as that. It took me less than 10 minutes to install, got the part with 2 keys already programmed and it worked immediately with auto start. I saved $825.00. I called once and confirmed what I needed and it makes me sick to think I , or someone would have paid $800 more for a simple install and great fix. Thank you Auto Tech!
